Please read before you book

We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and our booking policies help ensure that every appointment runs smoothly and respectfully for both clients and staff. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below before scheduling your visit. By booking, you agree to these terms, which allow us to reserve your time, prepare for your service, and keep everything running on schedule.

Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be booked online through square sites
  • A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to book (or have written parental consent if under 18).

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

 

Late Policy

  • If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
  • If you’re more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly

 

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of services, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right (adjustments only, not refunds).

 

Privacy & Consent

  • Your privacy is respected at all times. Photos/videos may be taken for marketing purposes, but only with your consent.
  • New clients must fill out a brief consultation form before their first appointment.

 

Payment

  • Payment is due at end of service.
  • Accepted forms: Cash, card, or digital payments Venmo/Zelle
    • Tips are appreciated but never expected.

How do I book an appointment?
